  • This page contains all official program policies, terms, and legal agreements that apply to every participant in our after-school and summer programs. Parents and guardians are expected to read this page in full.   • By completing registration and enrolling a child in any Swish Labs program, parents/guardians are confirming that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on this page. Enrollment serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms in full.

  • Our goal is to keep everything clear and transparent, so families know exactly what to expect and how we keep children safe, supported, and engaged.

Privacy Policy

Swish Labs, LLC (“Swish Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of all families, participants, and visitors to our website and programs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

Information We Collect:

  • Personal details: parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, and home address

  • Participant details: child’s name, date of birth, school, grade, and health disclosures (allergies, conditions, medications)

  • Payment details: billing information processed securely through third-party providers (we do not store full credit card data)

  • Usage data: information collected through cookies or similar technologies for website optimization

 

How We Use Information

  • To process registrations and payments

  • To communicate with parents/guardians regarding programs, scheduling, and emergencies

  • To maintain safety by ensuring coaches are informed of medical conditions

  • To comply with applicable legal and insurance requirements

  • For promotional purposes when photo/video consent is granted

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.

  • Information is only shared with: Authorized program staff and coaches

Program Accessibility

Terms and Conditions

By registering a child in Swish Labs programs, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

Eligibility & Health
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically and medically able to participate. Full disclosure of allergies, conditions, and medications is required. Swish Labs is not liable for injuries or medical incidents resulting from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.


Program Participation

  • Attendance is voluntary. No credits or refunds are issued for missed sessions.

  • Swish Labs reserves the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct. Removal is without refund.

  • Coaches and staff have final authority over safety decisions.


Payments & Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

  • Refunds are only issued if requested 24 hours before the first day of the program. No refunds are provided after a child has attended the first session.

Liability Waiver
Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Swish Labs, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and partner schools from all claims of liability, including negligence, arising from participation.
 

Media Use
Unless specifically declined in writing, parents/guardians grant Swish Labs the right to use photos or videos of participants for promotional purposes. No names or personal details will be disclosed without additional consent.
 

Modifications
Swish Labs reserves the right to modify program schedules, staffing, or facilities as necessary.
 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if requested 24 hours before the first scheduled program day.

  • Once a participant attends the first session, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including absences, illness, scheduling conflicts, or dismissal due to conduct violations.

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to swishlabs.contact@gmail.com.


This strict policy ensures fairness and consistency across all families and supports program staffing and facility commitments.
 

Parent/Guardian Participation Agreement & Waiver

By enrolling a child in any Swish Labs program, parents/guardians expressly agree to the following binding agreement:

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries. I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them. I release and discharge Swish Labs, LLC, its owners, staff, coaches, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated schools from all liability, including negligence, for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from participation.

Medical Authorization
I authorize Swish Labs, LLC staff to provide or arrange medical treatment in case of emergency when I cannot be reached. I accept full financial responsibility for all associated medical costs.

 

Insurance Acknowledgment
I understand that Swish Labs does not provide health or accident insurance and that I must maintain my own coverage.

 

Photo/Video Release
Unless I revoke consent in writing, I authorize Swish Labs to use photos and videos of my child for promotional materials, without compensation.
 

Conduct & Removal Policy
I understand my child must follow the Player Code of Conduct, respect staff and peers, and participate safely. If my child violates conduct standards, Swish Labs may suspend or remove them from the program without refund.
 

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swish Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses brought against it as a result of my child’s participation.
 

Binding Effect
This agreement is binding upon myself, my child, our heirs, successors, and assigns, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
By completing registration online, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement & Waiver in full. My electronic acknowledgment and payment serve as my signature.
