Service Description
The Swish Labs program provides children ages 5–12 with the opportunity to learn essential basketball skills in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. Each session is led by professional coaches who focus on teaching dribbling, passing, and shooting while also fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Our goal is not only to develop basketball fundamentals but also to help children build confidence, improve focus, and develop positive character traits that extend beyond the court. With small group sizes, every child receives personal attention and encouragement to grow at their own pace. Classes are held conveniently after school, eliminating the need for additional transportation and providing parents with peace of mind. At the end of each session, parents will see their child’s progress and growth in both skill and confidence.

Cancellation Policy
At Swish Labs, we are committed to providing every child with a positive, safe, and rewarding basketball training experience. To help us maintain the highest level of service and fairness for all families, we ask that you review and follow our booking and cancellation policies below. Booking Policy All program registrations must be completed through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure a child’s spot in the program. Each session is limited to a maximum of ten participants to ensure small group instruction and individual attention. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s enrollment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session. Families who cancel within this timeframe may transfer their registration to a future session or request a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, but exceptions will be considered in the event of illness or emergency. Waitlist Policy When a session reaches full capacity, a waitlist will be made available. Families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they registered as soon as a space becomes available. Payment will only be collected once a child’s spot has been confirmed. Missed Sessions We are unable to provide refunds or credits for missed individual sessions. However, coaches will make every effort to help your child stay on track with the rest of the group. Money-Back Guarantee We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. A full refund may be requested up to 24 hours prior to the start of the season—no questions asked.
